Our hospice medical director works with primary care providers to create a care plan that meets all of the patient’s and their loved ones’ needs. Our doctors will look after the clients’ well-being to ensure that they are not feeling the effects of their illness and lessen the pain that they may be feeling through the custom-made care plan.
